John is an accomplished commercial and historical illustrator with over twenty years in the industry. John's love of history inspires him to re-create pivotal events of the past. "History is our link to the past and our inspiration for the future. I like to take an actual historical event and portray it as accurately and as dynamically as possible. I want the viewer to enter into the story and experience the event as though he or she were a participant. When I have accomplished that, I know I have done my job well and that gives me a great deal of satisfaction." John and his wife Margery live in Charlotte, North Carolina.
